How to solve the Epson ECOTANK ET-2800 printer error and continue printing
Usually, when the time that printer stops printing and shows the error message:
Service required. A printer’s ink pad is at the end of its service life. Please contact Epson Support. The ink pad needs service. Contact Epson. E-11
On Epson printers, the waste ink pad counter can become full while printing, which will eventually halt the printing operation. This situation is not indicative of a printer failure and can be fixed independently with the help of a software program. Below are the instructions to address this issue:
- Download the waste ink pad resetter.
- Purchase an activation key.
- Reset the waste ink pad counter using the ink pad resetter.
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 printer will continue printing.
